HEY EVERYONE!
Over the past couple of weeks there have been some discussion about the flaming skid marks
ala Back to the Future and the solar flares, corona and gasses on the Star Trek: Voyager show.
I uploaded an animation onto Newteks FTP site that I did (rather quickly in an evening) as an example of the type
of 3D particle effects are possible with inexpensive software and hardware. The animation has
been posted as both a zipped avi file and an LHA'd anim file. It is called SunShip. Part
of the animation was done with LightWave (The ship and its lights). The particles effects were
done with Aladdin 4D on the Amiga. Check it out and Id appreciate some feedback. Note also
